Any customs duties, import charges, additional service fees, country-specific taxes, and legal obligations arising from international shipments are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shipping, customs, and additional costs arising from orders that are not cleared through customs, are not accepted by the Buyer, or are returned for reasons attributable to the Buyer may be charged to the Buyer.
International customers may retain any rights arising from the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Subject to the circumstances in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify Vudi Leather of their decision to withdraw in writing or through a durable medium before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
For withdrawal notifications:
E-mail: vudicraftco@gmail.com
The Buyer must return the product to Vudi Leather or to a person authorized by Vudi Leather within 14 days from the date on which the Buyer notifies Vudi Leather of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The carrier designated by Vudi Leather for returns made under the right of withdrawal is PTT Kargo.
If the Buyer returns the product through PTT Kargo as part of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, no return shipping fee will be charged to the Buyer.
If the Buyer returns the product using a carrier other than PTT Kargo, VUDI Leather's statutory refund period begins on the date the product reaches VUDI Leather. With respect to shipping costs arising from the use of a carrier other than PTT Kargo, the applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation shall apply. If a carrier other than PTT Kargo is used, Vudi Leather's statutory refund period begins on the date the product reaches Vudi Leather.
If PTT Kargo does not have a branch or service point through which the return can be made in the Buyer's location, Vudi Leather will determine an appropriate method for collecting the product without requesting any additional payment from the Buyer.
During the withdrawal period, the Buyer may inspect the product only for the purpose of assessing its nature, characteristics, and functioning, and in a manner consistent with its intended use. The Buyer shall not be held responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from inspection within these limits.
However, if the product is used beyond the limits of ordinary inspection and use, including being forced, pulled, torn, cut, overloaded, exposed to liquids or chemicals, used or stored under unsuitable conditions, or otherwise physically damaged for reasons attributable to the Buyer, the Buyer shall be responsible for the resulting damage and loss in value. Vudi Leather reserves all legal rights regarding such damage and loss in value.
When the returned product reaches Vudi Leather, its condition will be inspected. The condition of the product before shipment and after its return may be compared using photographs, videos, order records, and other documentation.
If misuse, physical damage, or use exceeding the limits of ordinary inspection attributable to the Buyer is identified, any resulting damage or loss in value will be assessed in accordance with applicable legislation. The exercise of the right of withdrawal does not eliminate the Buyer's liability for damage or loss in value caused by their own fault.
The box, certificate, label, accessories, and other accompanying items supplied with the product must be returned together with the product in complete condition. Vudi Leather reserves its legal rights regarding any loss in value resulting from the loss of or damage to such items by the Buyer.
If the product has been delivered defective, faulty, damaged, or contrary to the order details, the Buyer's rights arising under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection remain reserved.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

- Products personalized with a name, initials, special mark, text, logo, or similar personalization
- Standard products modified, supplemented, or adapted at the Buyer's request
- Products custom-made in accordance with measurements, patterns, models, intended use, or other special requests provided by the Buyer
- Products that have been used, damaged, whose packaging has been damaged, or which have lost their resalable condition
- Used accessory products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons
However, if the product is delivered defective, damaged, faulty, or contrary to the order details, the Buyer's statutory rights remain reserved.
9. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund procedures are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in this Preliminary Information Form and the Return and Refund Policy.
Once the returned product is received by Vudi Leather, its condition, order information, and any damage or loss in value attributable to the Buyer are examined.
For returns where the right of withdrawal is valid, amounts required to be refunded under applicable legislation will be refunded within the legally prescribed period and no later than 14 days from the date on which the product is handed over to the return carrier specified in the preliminary information, using a payment method consistent with the method used by the Buyer for the purchase and without imposing any additional cost on the Buyer.
After Vudi Leather processes the refund through the payment service provider, the time required for the amount to appear on the Buyer's credit card, available credit limit, or account may vary depending on the processing times of the relevant bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
Vudi Leather reserves its legal rights regarding any damage or loss in value resulting from the Buyer's use of the product beyond the limits of ordinary use and inspection.
For international orders, return, exchange, shipping, and customs procedures are evaluated separately, taking into account the mandatory laws applicable in the country to which the product was shipped. For international returns, customs duties, import expenses, and other costs arising from third parties will be assessed in accordance with applicable legislation.
10. Inspection During Shipping and Delivery
The Buyer should inspect the shipping package when receiving the product.
If the packaging shows tearing, crushing, opening, or other visible damage, the Buyer is advised to request that the carrier representative prepare a damage report.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, the Buyer should contact Vudi Leather as soon as possible after delivery.
To allow the request to be evaluated promptly, photographs of the product, images of the packaging, and order information should be attached to the e-mail.
11. Inability to Supply the Order or Impossibility of Performance
If the production or delivery of the product subject to the order becomes legally or factually impossible, Vudi Leather will notify the Buyer in writing or through a durable medium within three days from the date on which Vudi Leather becomes aware of such impossibility.
In such a case, all payments collected, including delivery charges where applicable, will be refunded to the Buyer in accordance with applicable legislation no later than 14 days from the date of notification.
The mere fact that a product is out of stock shall not, by itself, be considered an impossibility to supply or deliver the product.
Withdrawal and cancellation requests relating to custom orders and personalized products prepared in accordance with the Buyer's requests or personal needs will be evaluated under Article 8 of this Preliminary Information Form.
If payment is not completed, an unauthorized or suspicious transaction is detected, or the order cannot be validly created for technical reasons, the relevant order will be evaluated in accordance with applicable legislation and payment service rules.
12. Invoice Information
Invoice information is issued based on the information provided by the Buyer during the order process.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the invoice information is accurate and complete.
If an electronic invoice or e-Archive invoice is issued, the invoice may be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or made available through the relevant systems.
13. Personal Data
The Buyer's personal data may be processed for purposes including order processing, payment, delivery, invoicing, returns, exchanges, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations.
For detailed information regarding the processing, storage, and sharing of personal data, please review the Privacy Policy.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from consumer transactions, depending on the nature of the dispute and the applicable monetary thresholds, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or, subject to the requirement to apply for mediation before filing a lawsuit pursuant to Article 73/A of Law No. 6502, to the Consumer Court.
For disputes of a commercial nature, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.
For international customers, any rights arising from mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence may remain reserved.
