Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in relation to sales made electronically through www.vudileather.com.

By placing an order through www.vudileather.com, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted this Distance Sales Agreement, the Preliminary Information Form, the Return and Refund Policy, the Payment and Delivery Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Terms of Service.

Buyer

Buyer information consists of the first name, last name, delivery address, billing address, phone number, email address, and order details entered by the Buyer during the ordering process.

The Buyer acknowledges that the information provided during the ordering process is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms relating to the sale, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, return, exchange, and the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the product or products ordered electronically by the Buyer through www.vudileather.com.

3. Product Information Subject to the Agreement

The essential characteristics, model, color, size, material, quantity, sales price, any applicable discount information, shipping fee, and total payment amount of the purchased product or products are displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart, and at the order confirmation stage.

The product information consists of the information displayed to and confirmed by the Buyer during the ordering process.

Vudi Leather products may be made from natural leather using hand craftsmanship and may include limited-production, one-of-a-kind, and custom-order designs.

Minor differences may occur between product photographs and the physical product due to lighting, screen settings, the natural texture of leather, color variations, natural marks, and the production process. Such differences result from the natural characteristics of the product and its hand craftsmanship and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.

4. Order Placement and Confirmation

Before placing an order through www.vudileather.com, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment terms, delivery information, right of withdrawal, and return and exchange conditions.

For an order to be processed, payment must be completed and the order must be confirmed by Vudi Leather.

Vudi Leather reserves the right to cancel an order or offer an alternative solution to the Buyer in the event of stock errors, pricing errors, technical errors, payment issues, suspicious transactions, impossibility of production, material supply problems, or delivery-related issues.

If an order is cancelled or the product cannot be supplied, any payment already received will be refunded through the payment method used for the purchase.

5. Payment

Payments made through www.vudileather.com are accepted by credit card through PayTR's secure payment infrastructure.

Card information is not viewed, processed, or stored by Vudi Leather. Payment transactions are carried out through PayTR's infrastructure.

Payment options for domestic and international cards are offered within the card types, currency options, and payment terms supported by PayTR.

Bank transfer, EFT, and cash on delivery are currently not available.

The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed of their obligation to pay the product price, any applicable shipping fee, taxes, customs charges, or other additional fees displayed during the ordering process.

6. Delivery

In-stock products are generally handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Production and delivery times may vary for custom orders, personalized products, custom-sized products, or products prepared according to the customer's request. For such orders, the estimated timeframe will be communicated separately to the Buyer.

Orders within Turkey are shipped through one of the contracted carriers.

Once the order has been shipped, the Buyer may be provided with a tracking number or shipping notification.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier, public holidays, campaign periods, workload, and circumstances beyond Vudi Leather's control.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Any delays, returns, or reshipping costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, or the Buyer's failure to receive the delivery may be charged to the Buyer.

7. International Delivery

Vudi Leather may ship internationally to eligible countries.

For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs procedures, local delivery conditions, and official procedures.

Any customs duties, import charges, additional service fees, country-specific taxes, and legal obligations arising from international shipments are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Shipping, customs, and additional costs arising from orders that are not cleared through customs, are not accepted by the Buyer, or are returned for reasons attributable to the Buyer may be charged to the Buyer.

International customers may retain any rights arising from the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

The Buyer should inspect the shipping package when receiving the product.

If the packaging shows tearing, crushing, opening, or other visible damage, the Buyer is advised to request that the carrier representative prepare a damage report.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, the Buyer should contact Vudi Leather as soon as possible after delivery.

To allow the request to be evaluated promptly, photographs of the product, images of the packaging, and order information should be attached to the email.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason, for products shipped from stock that are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify Vudi Leather in writing or by email within the 14-day period.

Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be sent back unused and undamaged, together with their original packaging, any applicable labels, invoice, certificate, and all accessories.

Products sent without prior approval of the return request may not be accepted.

10. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Products specially prepared according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs
Products produced according to personalized measurements, colors, designs, or material preferences
Products personalized with names, initials, special marks, or other personalization
Products modified according to the customer's request
One-of-a-kind, specially designed, or custom-made products
Products that have been used, damaged, have damaged packaging, or have lost their resalable condition
Used accessory products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons

However, if the product is delivered defective, damaged, faulty, or contrary to the order details, the Buyer's statutory rights remain reserved.

11. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund procedures are carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in the Return and Refund Policy.

The returned product will be inspected after it reaches Vudi Leather.

If the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed through the payment method used for the purchase.

After the refund has been approved, the time required for the amount to appear in the relevant account may vary depending on the processing times of the bank or payment service provider.

For international orders, return, exchange, shipping, and customs procedures are evaluated separately depending on the country to which the product was shipped. For international returns, shipping fees, customs duties, import charges, additional service fees, and costs arising from payment service providers may be charged to the Buyer.

12. Exchanges

Exchange requests are evaluated according to product availability, the condition of the product, and the method of production.

Exchanges may only be available for products shipped from stock that are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

One-of-a-kind, limited-production, personalized, or custom-order products cannot be exchanged. However, if the product is delivered defective, damaged, or contrary to the order details, the request will be evaluated separately.

13. Invoice Information

Invoice information is prepared based on the information provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the invoice information is accurate and complete.

If an electronic invoice or e-Archive invoice is issued, the invoice may be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer or made available through the relevant systems.

14. Personal Data

The Buyer's personal data may be processed for purposes including order processing, payment, delivery, invoicing, returns, exchanges, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations.

15. Relationship with Shopify

The Vudi Leather website operates on Shopify's infrastructure. Shopify may provide the website's technical infrastructure, store management tools, certain services relating to order processes, security systems, and technical support.

However, sales transactions made through www.vudileather.com take place directly between the Buyer and Vudi Leather. Vudi Leather is responsible for the products sold, order processes, product descriptions, delivery, returns, exchanges, and customer communication.

Shopify is not a party to sales transactions between Vudi Leather and the Buyer. Shopify's own services, privacy policy, and terms of use may apply separately.

16. Force Majeure

Circumstances beyond Vudi Leather's control, including natural disasters, fire, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, war, strikes, official decisions, carrier or supply chain disruptions, customs procedures, internet outages, and infrastructure problems, may constitute force majeure.

Such circumstances may result in delays in order processing, delivery, or service procedures.

If a product cannot be delivered or an order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure, Vudi Leather will inform the Buyer and offer the most appropriate solution available.

17. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Buyer's rights to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under applicable legislation remain reserved.

For disputes of a commercial nature, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.

For international customers, any rights arising from mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence may remain reserved.

18. Effective Date

This Distance Sales Agreement becomes effective when the Buyer places an order through www.vudileather.com and provides electronic approval.

By placing an order, the Buyer accepts the obligation to pay the product price, any applicable shipping fee, taxes, customs charges, or other additional fees relating to the Agreement.

This Agreement is valid from the date of its publication on the website.
